Refund policy

At 3M Pharmaceuticals, we have a 5-day return policy, meaning you have 5 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.


Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@3mpharma.com. Once your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your package. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will evaluate the issue and make things right.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return, including perishable goods, custom-made products, and personal care items. Additionally, we do not accept returns on hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. For any specific concerns, please contact us.
Unfortunately, sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable.


Exchanges
To exchange an item, we recommend first returning the original product. Once the return is accepted, you can place a new order for the replacement item.


Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
